Coffee Triggers Stroke

Coffee can triggers stroke and high blood pressure . It is a sad news for coffee lover especially me. FYI , contain double sugar than other drinks not to mention coke . That's mean, yes for diabetes . Whooaa.. By consuming coffee, tons of diseases popping out.. if, and only if, you drink 3 or more cups per day..

Q :What is the best way to prevent this kind of diseases so that it wont happen to me?

A:Reduce . For a better result, STOP from drinking coffee.
